Collection and creator payout stay provider-managed.

The buyer purchases a defined digital advertising-content service from a creator. The package or accepted proposal fixes platforms, deliverables, revision count, delivery date, usage rights, disclosure duties and gross price before checkout.

Creator prices vary by package. Current public prices and profiles are labelled illustrative because no real creator has been onboarded. The first live corridor would display and settle exact prices in TRY only after provider approval.

The proposed FLUMARQ platform commission is 12% of the buyer gross, deducted from the creator share. Provider fees, VAT, withholding, FX and other taxes are separate and will follow the signed provider and tax model.

• An authenticated buyer accepts the final scope, price, cancellation terms, marketplace terms and order-specific distance-service information.
• FLUMARQ creates one server-sealed payment intent and redirects the buyer to iyzico Checkout Form; FLUMARQ does not receive or store raw card data.
• A browser callback is not treated as success. The server retrieves and cryptographically verifies the payment result, amount, currency, basket and seller split.
• The creator delivers the agreed content file, publication URL or proof. The buyer reviews it and can approve or request a contract-permitted revision.
• After acceptance and every risk/eligibility gate, FLUMARQ sends the item approval to iyzico. iyzico then applies the approved split and settlement schedule.

Social OAuth may prove control of a social account and supply current audience metrics. It cannot replace payment-provider identity, business, tax, address or IBAN requirements.

Before a creator can receive money, the minimum genuine fields required for the applicable iyzico submerchant type must be collected for provider onboarding. FLUMARQ will not sell a legal-verification badge and will not accept identity-document, selfie or biometric uploads unless a separately reviewed provider flow and legal basis require them.

• The creator/seller is expected to invoice the buyer for the gross service amount, subject to the seller's legal and tax status.
• The marketplace operator invoices the creator for the disclosed platform commission.
• iyzico invoices the marketplace operator for its own payment-service fee.
• Any marketplace withholding is calculated by FLUMARQ under the approved tax model; iyzico's withholdingTax field is a reporting field and does not calculate the tax for the marketplace.

• Separate FLUMARQ merchant registration and Marketplace product activation.
• Supported submerchant countries, identity types, IBAN countries, settlement currencies and required documents.
• Checkout Form support for Marketplace baskets, 3DS/PWI options and digital VIRTUAL services.
• Delivery acceptance, item approval, payout timing, reserves and any permitted automatic-review period.
• Post-payout refund, chargeback and negative-balance allocation.
• Marketplace withholding and individual-creator invoicing treatment.
• X-IYZ-SIGNATURE-V3 webhook and response-signature enablement for the FLUMARQ account.
