A marketplace for defined creator services.

Creators will publish fixed-scope packages such as a Story sequence, feed post, short-form product-placement video, sponsored stream or cross-channel launch. Buyers may either purchase a public package or publish a private brief and compare creator proposals.

The creator is the supplier of the advertising-content service. FLUMARQ is the marketplace operator and plans to charge a disclosed commission. A licensed payment provider—not FLUMARQ—would perform regulated card collection and settlement functions.

• Not a consultancy, network-marketing system, talent pyramid or auction platform.
• Buyer briefs receive private commercial proposals; there is no public bidding ladder and the lowest price never wins automatically.
• FLUMARQ does not sell physical goods. Any product sample sent by a brand is outside the creator-service price and is not resold through checkout.
• Social account connection is audience provenance, not legal identity, age, tax or payout verification.

The provider-review candidate is limited to Türkiye-based professional creators and TRY settlement. Buyer card countries and currencies, foreign creator onboarding and foreign-bank payout remain subject to written provider approval.

The public product may remain globally discoverable without implying that every country is enabled for contracting or payout.
